Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled session will receive a full refund or can be rescheduled at no extra cost. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
For project-based software services, cancellations will be handled according to the specific milestones reached. Payments for completed milestones and hours worked are non-refundable.
Workshop bookings can be cancelled for a full refund up to 7 days before the event. Later cancellations are eligible for a 50% refund.
