Dialogos AS provides interdisciplinary coaching, educational tutorials, and software consultancy services. The specific scope of work will be agreed upon in writing before the commencement of any service.
Payments for coaching sessions are due at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed. Software consultancy services are billed hourly or per project milestone, with invoices payable within 14 days.
All materials provided during workshops or coaching are the intellectual property of Dialogos AS unless otherwise stated. Software code developed uniquely for a client becomes the property of the client upon full payment, subject to any pre-existing licenses or third-party components.
Dialogos AS strives for the highest quality in all services but cannot guarantee specific outcomes from educational or coaching sessions. Professional advice should be sought for critical technical or business decisions.
